Tobias Ryker Lopez-DeLuna is the baby son of Lexi Tatman and Kyler Lopez who was born in the first season of Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant.

Lexi stated in a tweet not long after Tobias was born, the reason why she chose to give him a double barrelled name. She said that the name DeLuna was a family name from her side and after one of her relatives shared a video of passing on the family name, Lexi decided to honour it by registering her son with both this name and his father's surname, which is Lopez.
Tobias has a younger brother named Jay Wolfe Lopez, who was born after his mother was cut from the show in 2018. Jay was born in the late summer of August 2019, but she kept her pregnancy a secret until he was born.
Lexi was the one who chose Tobias's first name and was apparently made to choose it before leaving the hospital with him, as it was a common law in Montrose, Colorado.
If Kyler did not agree to their son's name being Tobias, Lexi would have considered naming him Maverick. She also jokingly commented that she wanted to give Tobias the name Zayn, after Zayn Malik from the British boy band, One Direction.
