Isaac Elliot Rivera was born on January 18, 2010 to teen parents Kailyn Lowry and Jo Rivera.
After his parents' messy break-up, Kailyn and Jo went to court numerous times to fight over custody of him. He was involved in both his mothers engagement and marriage to Javi Marroquin.
In November of 2013, Isaac became a big brother for the first time after the birth of Kailyn and Javi's son Lincoln Marshall Marroquin. The family of four moved to Delaware, as did Isaac's father Jo and his then girlfriend Vee Torres, so that they could remain active in Isaac's life.
In 2015, Isaac became a big brother for the second time after the birth of Jo and Vee's daughter, Velisse "Vivi" Rivera, and again for the third time in 2017 after the birth of Lux Russell Lowry, the son of Kailyn Lowry and Chris Lopez.

Isaac is technically the youngest of the original five Teen Mom 2 babies featured in the second season of 16 & Pregnant. While Jace, Aubree, Ali and Aleeah were all born in late 2009, Isaac was the only one of the five to be born in a different year.
Isaac is half Hispanic from his father's side. During an episode of Teen Mom 2, when Jo got Isaac's hair cut as part of his ethnicity, rumors speculated that Kailyn was somewhat racist because she did not approve of her son's appearance after getting that haircut. This is not true as Kailyn was expressing that Isaac should be allowed to respect her ethnicity and not just Jo's because Jo is Hispanic.
Like his siblings, bar Lux and Creed, Isaac does not have a blood sibling. He has a half sister through Jo, named Vivi, who recently was taught by Isaac how to learn American Sign Language.
Isaac has expressed interest in becoming a teacher in sign language to help others who cannot communicate properly.
One of Isaac's favourite singers is Billie Eilish.
One of his favorite colors appears to be blue.
Isaac does have social media but like all children his age, his accounts are controlled by Kailyn for protection.
He once said in an interview at the Teen Mom 2 reunion that his mother was his first best friend and his second and third best friends were Lincoln and Lux.
He is very close with his step-mother, Vee.
